Service Manager (BN21, Eastbourne) I'm looking for a hands on leader to take the keys to a brand new, single occupancy home in Eastbourne. This is a "ground up" role with a family run provider-no corporate red tape, high staffing ratios (3:1), and a primarily supernumerary focus so you actually have time to lead.
