Service Manager - Lead Person-Centred Supported Living

Lifeways is seeking a Service Manager to oversee five small supported living services around NE6 2NZ and NE3 3DD in Newcastle, supporting 10 individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You'll lead a team, drive quality and safety, and work with local families and communities to ensure the best outcomes.

You'll bring Level 3 Health & Social Care, plus strong operational and people management experience.
