Service Manager - Health & Social Care Leader

Praxis Care is seeking a dedicated Manager for the Iona House service in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. The role ensures high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and development of person-centered programmes in partnership with the people we support and agencies.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead staff, manage budgets, oversee referrals and admissions, and promote Praxis Care values while delivering services that empower individuals with complex needs.
