An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join a well established premium independent garage in Sevenoaks.

This position would suit a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Workshop Controller, or Assistant Service Manager ready to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day to day running of the service department
- Lead, motivate, and develop technicians and service advisors
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage customer queries and escalations effectively
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in the motor trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience working with a premium brand or in a high end environment preferred
- Commercial awareness and target driven mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- No weekend working - a genuine Monday to Friday role
