As the Service Field Productivity Lead, you will significantly enhance the efficiency of our maintenance, repair, and modernization operations. Your key responsibilities include:

Productivity Monitoring & Improvement
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
  • Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
  • Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between service field operations in various countries and EA service field operations.
  • Collaborate with local entities to set targets for essential service metrics.
  • Provide technical support to local entities as needed.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

Educational Background
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Proven experience in field service operations, focusing on productivity improvement and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with maintenance practices, particularly in the elevator industry, is highly advantageous.
Skills
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to train and motivate teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
