Service Engineer

Job Title - Service Engineer Location - Dublin Salary - Up to €70,000 depending on experience and skillset We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Security Systems Service Engineer / Technician to join a growing service team supporting customers across Dublin and the surrounding region. This is an exciting field-based opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault finding, problem solving, and working across a variety of commercial environments. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of electronic security systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls. Diagnose faults and repair Access Control, CCTV, IP CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems. Complete system testing, verification, and basic commissioning where required. Support minor installations, upgrades, and system enhancements. Accurately complete service reports and technical documentation. Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and high service standards. Escalate complex technical issues where necessary. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations and industry best practice. Participate in a rotational on-call service for emergency support when required. What We're Looking For 1-3 years' experience within the electronic security industry. Hands-on experience with: Access Control Systems CCTV / IP CCTV Intruder Detection Systems Previous experience in service, maintenance, installation, or commissioning. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Basic understanding of IP networking. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Full clean Irish driving licence
