The RoleAre you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?
Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently and effectively assist our customers, providing any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10 year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment you need, including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.
- Visit customer homes, identify faults, and take the appropriate action to rectify them in line with our warranty and quality standards.
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
- Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed.
- Complete service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce cancelled appointments.
- Accurately and timely complete paperwork and regularly update the supplied PDA device.
- Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role.
- Willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week.
- A full driving licence.
