Job Description
Service Desk Engineer - 3-Month Contract (ASAP Start) 
We're looking for an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join our client on an ASAP-start, 3-month contract. You'll provide high-quality technical support to end users, resolving incidents quickly and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st & 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network issues
- Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets via the service desk system
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and general desktop problems
- Set up and configure laptops/PCs, user accounts, and applications
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where needed
- Deliver clear communication and support to non-technical users
- Assist with onboarding, device builds, and asset management tasks
- Previous experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory/Azure AD
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
- Experience with common ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
- Start: ASAP
