Operations Team - DMG Delta - Bishops Stortford

Do you come from a building services background?

DMG Delta Ltd is a well-established and growing organisation within the HVAC industry, providing first class planned and reactive maintenance services across Greater London and the Home Counties area.

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 17 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.

  • Head Office: Bishops Stortford
  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 a year
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling experience
  • Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage
  • Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage
  • Good organisational skills
Qualifications
  • UK Driving License (preferred)
Experience
  • Building services: 1 year (preferred)
  • Engineer scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
