Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus)
Contract: 12 months
Location: Japan and Belgium-Onsite
Start: ASAP
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus) to deliver high-touch service in a professional services/enterprise environment. This role requires strong technical capability combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when supporting senior executives and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st line plus support across Microsoft, Apple, and mobile platforms
- Troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft Teams issues
- Support device builds, rebuilds, and provisions
- Resolve networking issues (basic to intermediate level)
- Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
- Maintain accurate knowledge base documentation
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

- Azure/Azure AD (Entra ID)

- Microsoft Teams troubleshooting
- Networking fundamentals (Meraki knowledge preferred)
