1st Line Support Analyst

Azure / Intune / Entra ID

Circa £30,000

Hybrid - Crawley


An exciting opportunity to join a growing logistics organisation that is expanding its support team. You'll be part of a close-knit IT function, providing first-line technical support within a Microsoft Office 365 environment. Your responsibilities will include managing and resolving support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate, and contributing to the smooth operation of end-user services.


This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow and progress within a dynamic and supportive team. They are working with a complete Microsoft cloud environment; therefore, you will be upskilled on the latest tech, such as NetSuite, Azure Defender, Fortinet firewalls, and more.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, particularly Office 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
  • A proactive support analyst who is eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Experience supporting user lifecycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
  • Handheld devices
