IT Service Desk Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting issues with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with diagnosing Internet connection and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Day-to-day administration skills in Active Directory and MS Exchange Console.
  • Basic networking experience, including patching and knowledge of DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience with VMware Horizon View or other VDI technologies is ideal.
  • Proficiency in PC hardware and software maintenance, including Windows updates and Anti-Virus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL methodologies and excellent customer service skills.
  • At least one year's experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
