Service Desk Analyst | 3 months | £170 - £180 Per Day | Exeter
My client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month engagement with view of extension. The role requires Full time on-site presence in Exeter. This position is offered on a PAYE basis and falls inside IR35.
Key Requirements
- 2+ Years of Service Desk/IT Helpdesk/First Line Support Experience
- Experience building PC's and Mobile Devices is Preferred
- Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VPN
- Ability to follow processes and log support tickets accurately
- Locality to Exeter and willingness to commit to full time onsite work
- Strong Communication Skills
