Service Designer - Flexible Hours & Customer Journeys

Sheffield City Council is building its Customer Experience Capability and seeks a Service Designer to lead service design across priority council services. You will map current journeys, identify pain points, and design practical improvements to enhance resident experience and support colleagues.

You will collaborate with Digital, Business Change, Customer Intelligence, and other teams, facilitating workshops and turning evidence into actionable recommendations.
