Job Description

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Service Design and Transition Manager to bridge project delivery and live support across our IT portfolio. You will ensure operational readiness, design standards, and smooth handovers from projects to BAU.

In this role you will lead ITIL 4-aligned service design and transition activities, coordinate knowledge transfer, and oversee go-live readiness reviews with robust entry and exit criteria.
