Job Opportunity: Part-Time Catering Assistants Needed in Aberdeen!

Are you looking for a flexible, part-time job that fits around school hours and family life? ASA is currently seeking Catering Assistants to join our team for part-time opportunities across Aberdeen. We have various locations available, including AB14, AB15, AB24, and AB25.

As a Catering Assistant, you'll work alongside the cook and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth lunch service for local schools. Key duties include:

1. Serving meals to pupils
2. Cleaning the kitchen and operating dishwashers
3. Assisting with food preparation as needed
4. Using till equipment if required
5. Practising safe food hygiene and correctly using kitchen equipment and cleaning agents

What We're Looking For:

1. Preferably, experience in a kitchen environment, especially in a fast-paced setting
2. PVG certification for Children (an update is required if you already have it)
3. A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with both colleagues and pupils
