Service Delivery Manager/Glasgow/12 month contract

We re looking for an experienced Service Manager/Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery operations for a key client in Glasgow.

You'll be the main point of contact between the client and the technical teams, making sure everything runs smoothly, and issues get resolved quickly.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

• Coordinating how incidents are handled, requests, and problems across all tech areas
• Leading and supporting the team, with regular check-ins
• Working closely with Team Leaders and Technical Teams to keep service running well
• Keeping the end client informed with clear, regular updates on whats happening
• Spotting risks early and putting plans in place to deal with them
• Making sure we re delivering a smooth service in line with what we've agreed

Ideally you would have 5+ years managing teams and leading projects in a technical environment. You will have strong communication skills as you'll be managing stakeholders and technical teams daily. You will have experience working with SLA's in line with an overall contract agreement

This is an initial 12 month engagement onsite in Glasgow 5 days per week.
