Service Delivery Manager - Supply Chain

We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to make sure our technology services in Supply Chain are reliable, efficient and always improving. You'll be the bridge between our tech teams, supply chain operations and third party suppliers - keeping services running smoothly and making sure issues are resolved before they impact our customers.
What you'll bring:
- Take ownership of technology service delivery for the Supply Chain department.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and technology teams.
- Monitor service performance, manage SLAs, and lead service reviews.
- Coordinate incident and problem management, ensuring quick resolution and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage contracts, performance and escalation.
You'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain business running at its best, ensuring systems and services behind every order are dependable and fit for the future. We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in IT service management or service delivery, ideally in retail, wholesale or supply chain environments.
- Strong communication skills, you can translate between technical and operational teams.
- A problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service governance.
- Confidence in building relationships at all levels and managing multiple priorities.
