They have 150+ experienced team members and 9 locations in the UK and Ireland.They are now on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to come on board permanently.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Site Travel
• Service Management
• Client Relationship
• Resource Management
• Financial Management
• Process Management

Skills/Must have:

• ITIL
• Service Management Experience
• MSP Experience
• Supplier Management
• Education experience
• Good knowledge of IT
• 3-5 years Management Experience
