Service Delivery Manager at Blue Wireless
Based on our office in Amsterdam, as a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the 'air traffic controller' ensuring the successful delivery of services across Europe, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to order completion. The role will demand a self-starter, well-organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom-in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on-site (both internal and our partners).
So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
- Manage the on-boarding of new customers and setting them up in the various systems
- Manage new customer projects from ordering, planning and tracking
- Organise training and documentation for customers throughout their lifecycle
- Document and improve processes and suggest automation
- Validate operations documentation is accurate to allow bill generation
- Other related duties as assigned
If you-
- Have a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Have great organization skills, accurate when processing and giving information
- Have a Bachelor's Degree
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Other European languages are an advantage
- Have 1 year of experience in a professional business environment
- Have a passion for (maritime) networking technology is huge advantage
