Service Delivery Lead, Transport & Mobility

Arrive is transforming urban mobility and seeks a Service Manager to own Run projects and long-term maintenance contracts within the Transport Business Unit. You will coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to deliver reliable service.

You will manage a portfolio of maintenance contracts, ensuring quality, cost control and on time delivery, while driving improvements through PMO discipline and regular governance meetings.
