Service Delivery Lead - Growth, Strategy & Customer Success

Computacenter is seeking a Service Manager to join our UK team. You'll support BAU service assurance and drive continuous improvement of service performance within a large enterprise environment.

You'll lead a team of service professionals, report to the Senior Service Manager, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, compliant service delivery. Travel to Corsham, London and Hatfield will be required as needed.
