GBS partners with some of the world's most exciting and complex businesses, delivering seamless outsourced accounting, payroll, and compliance solutions across multiple jurisdictions. Our clients span the technology, life sciences, real estate, and financial services sectors, and typically operate with large, multinational footprints.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Service Delivery Executive to help elevate the client experience and support our ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining a thriving team led by a senior leadership group of two Partners and four Directors, all committed to innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be the linchpin in coordinating service delivery for a portfolio of international clients. You'll need to juggle multiple priorities, communicate confidently, and work proactively to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Your ability to build strong relationships and stay one step ahead will be key to your success.
Based in our vibrant Bristol office, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where in-person teamwork is valued-expect to be in the office at least three days a week, working closely with colleagues who are as passionate about client service as you are.
You'll be someone with:
- Client service co-ordination experience, ideally in Professional or Financial Services
- Experience of working with international clients/businesses
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and overseas service providers
- Proactivity and ability to manage and prioritise work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with experience of balancing multiple deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate service delivery for a portfolio of international clients in a fast-paced environment.
