Service Delivery & Customer Support Advisor

ReFood Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Advisor to join our Doncaster site. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, supporting the Commercial & Logistics Team and handling customer enquiries by phone and email.

You will maintain the customer account database, generate KPI reports, respond to complaints, provide sales support, and help build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential.
