Key Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator in Addlestone, you'll provide essential administrative & helpdesk support to the account delivery team. Responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with the client & account delivery team
• Managing & updating systems including Maximo
• Providing a professional helpdesk service
• Supporting the account delivery team with day-to-day administration
• Completing general administrative duties
• Escalating identified issues to line management when required
• Working within company processes, procedures & guidelines

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous administration, helpdesk or service coordination experience
• A valid DBS check
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Good IT & systems knowledge
• Excellent organisation & attention to detail
