Job Description

The Service Continuity team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional with strong consultation, communication and planning skills.

As a Service Continuity Consultant Lead, you'll join a well established team within Operational Resilience, helping to deliver one of Nationwide's Operational Resilience priorities and ensuring the organisation implements solutions that minimise the opportunity for IT service disruptions which impact critical services, while planning how to respond to, and recover from them should they occur.

In this role, you will engage with programmes and projects to ensure that recovery capabilities for critical services are designed, documented, implemented and tested as part of project delivery. You will actively support project teams by providing guidance and contributing to the planning and execution of project related tests.
