We are currently seeking a Service Charges Team Leader to join our Leasehold Finance Team, responsible for calculating daily service charges and annual major works for over 10,000 leasehold and freehold properties in the borough.

The team ensures accuracy and transparency in presenting service costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee leasehold service charges, ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
• Lead a busy team with a hands-on, organized approach to service charge production.
• Assess and present financial and statistical data according to targets.
• Maintain awareness of current housing legislation related to Leasehold Service Charges.
• Attend evening meetings as needed and provide evidence for tribunal proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in setting leasehold service charges, strong IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel), excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle enquiries effectively.
