My client is a large, London-based charity.
Your new role
My role is a Service Charge Officer. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Working with stakeholders across the business, including the dedicated Estate Operations Manager to review historic service charge accounts.
- Being accountable for working through a defined number of service charge accounts that have been issued a Section 20b and seeing them through to audit.
- Reviewing any complaints and queries from residents relating to service charge accounts.
- Supporting the Estate Operations Manager with engaging with residents and responding to any queries and documenting any decisions.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial software is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need:
- Significant experience of analysing and working through complex service charge accounts.
- Great problem-solving skills, being able to work with stakeholders to secure an outcome.
- Significant experience of analysing complex data and ability to present analysis.
- A strong track record in delivering projects and meeting outcomes within set deadlines.
