Service Charge Accountant - QUBE £40,000 London / Hybrid

Cobalt are working with a family-run, leading property management company that truly values its staff and promotes a supportive, people-first culture. They are now seeking a Service Charge Accountant with QUBE experience to join their growing team.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for a residential portfolio of around 300 units, managing service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, and client reporting. This is a hybrid position based in London, offering both flexibility and long-term career stability.
