Service Centre Training Leader

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Service Centre Training Team Leader to drive the end to end training lifecycle across the Service Centre. You will lead a small team, partner with Operations and Product, and shape capability through onboarding, coaching, and leadership development.

The role emphasises data driven learning and continuous improvement to enhance member outcomes. You'll manage training delivery across locations, monitor KPIs, and implement targeted development plans.
