The Service Centre Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production activities within the Coatbridge Service Centre, ensuring welfare units are prepared, repaired, and released to the required quality, safety, and operational standards.
The role combines hands-on production activity with supervisory responsibilities, supporting the Production Manager in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient depot operations. The Service Centre Supervisor will lead local production staff, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and maintaining consistent operational standards aligned with company and customer expectations.
The role is expected to operate approximately 80% hands-on production activity and 20% supervision and administration, evolving as the business grows.
