Service and Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a Service & Maintenance Engineer to join the growing team at Neuman Aqua Ltd.

Neuman Aqua is a specialist aquatic solutions company delivering design, installation, and ongoing maintenance for commercial and private swimming pools, water leisure facilities, and aquatic environments across the UK.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on varied sites, solving technical challenges, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Requirements:

• Service and maintain commercial and private swimming pool plant equipment
• Fault finding on equipment, dosing, circulation, and control systems
• Working with chemical dosing systems including chlorine and acid
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Attending reactive call outs when required
• Producing clear service reports and communicating with clients

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or water treatment engineering
• Experience working with swimming pools or water treatment systems (desirable)
• Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
• Full UK driver's licence
• Professional, reliable, and customer focused
