Service Advisor: Vehicle Workshop & Customer Care

Renault Truck Commercials' Faversham in Kent is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and promote workshop products and services. You will be the first contact for customers, connecting workshop and service teams while assisting with admin and invoicing tasks.

The role requires clear communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to support a busy service department on a Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 shift with alternate Saturday mornings.
