Service Advisor - Main Dealer

Crawley £30,000-£33,000 Basic + £500-£1,000 Monthly Bonus Monday-Friday

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.

You'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers and handling vehicle bookings
• Advising customers on servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
• Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
• Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
• Providing a professional, friendly and customer-focused experience

About You

We're looking for someone with previous Service Advisor experience, ideally within a main dealer or automotive environment.

You'll be confident dealing with customers, commercially aware and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
