What is in it for you:- Salary: £28,500 basic salary per annum + a strong bonus structure
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break) NO Saturday or Weekend Working

- Delivering exceptional, customer-focused front-of-house service to vehicle owners from check-in through to handover.
- Acting as the main link between retail customers and our workshop technicians to explain vehicle repair/service work clearly.
- Scheduling bookings, managing service documentation, and processing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Utilizing dealer management systems (such as Kerridge / Keyloop DMS) to update service histories and manage customer accounts.
- Identifying upsell opportunities for vehicle upgrades, maintenance work, parts, and accessories to maximize your bonus earnings.
Note: Prior Service Advisor experience and Keyloop/Kerridge knowledge is desirable, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Medway (ME8), making it an easy commute from Rainham, Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, Sittingbourne, and Maidstone.
