Our Lewes location is a well-established, fast-growing hub covering Class 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7 MOTs alongside routine servicing and complex mechanical diagnostics. What is in it for you:Salary: £32,500 to £35,000 per year plus a Strong OTE.
Hours: Full-time, including 26 Saturdays per year

- Managing customer front-of-house interactions, scheduling workshop flow, and delivering exceptional customer standards.
- Leading daily branch performance, upholding organized processes, and maintaining high standards of workmanship across all MOT classes and servicing work.
- Utilizing your automotive knowledge to clearly explain repair work, diagnostics, and MOT recommendations to customers.
- Playing an active leadership role in supporting upcoming branch expansion plans and operational growth.
- Requirements: Performance-driven mindset, familiarity with the MOT scheme, strong process management skills, and ideally 5 years of garage management experience.
This role is based in Lewes, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Eastbourne, Burgess Hill, and Uckfield.
