Service Advisor: Customer-Focused Vehicle Care & Solutions

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Shiremoor branch. You will deliver an outstanding experience to service and vehicle repair customers, guiding them from inquiry to completion.

The role suits someone with customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving problems. You will work Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm with some Saturday mornings on rotation, supporting a busy workshop environment.
