Service Advisor Car Care & Customer Experience Leader

Thurlow Nunn is seeking a Service Advisor for our Luton branch to assist customers with their vehicles' service and repair needs. The role requires an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.

You will be responsible for advising customers on pricing, handling queries, and managing an efficient service experience. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum plus bonus, alongside excellent benefits such as pension scheme and 31 days annual leave.
