Service Advisor (Bowker Preston)

Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Team at their BMW/MINI Centre on Preston Docklands.

The Role

Includes but is not limited to:

• Welcome all customers at Service Reception in a warm and professional manner
• Advise customers of any additional work required
• Book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, alongside Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm on a three weekly rota basis.

Skills & Experience

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential
