Senior Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greeting customers, handling bookings, arranging travel, and delivering a great experience.
• Workshop Liaison: Tracking vehicle progress with technicians to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communication & Sales: Managing phone enquiries, updating customers, and professionally advising on required repairs.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Experience as a Service Advisor, strong IT/phone skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Commutable Locations: Based in Worthing, easily reached from Brighton, Littlehampton, Chichester, and Horsham.
