Duties of the Service Advisor role:

• Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
• Handling customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Managing workshops and service bookings to meet deadlines

• Supporting team initiatives and contributing to business growth
• Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations

Requirements for the Service Advisor role:

• Previous customer service or selling experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
