Service Advisor

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor position, covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.

This role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor seeking variety, excellent remuneration, and the opportunity to work within a successful franchise dealer group.

The Group Support Vehicle Service Advisor will be responsible for providing seamless customer service across multiple dealership locations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Salary up to £33,000 depending on experience
• Bonus potential up to £6,000 annually - £15 bonus for each service plan sold

• Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the Service Department
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to monitor work in progress
• Advising customers on additional work and providing regular updates during repairs
• Preparing invoices, processing payments, and completing vehicle handovers
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Coordinating repairs and service schedules across multiple locations
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty procedures

Requirements

• 1-2 years' recent Service Advisor experience in a dealership or garage environment
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points
• Ability to work across multiple dealership sites
• Familiarity with Kerridge and warranty processes is desirable but not essential
