Location: Newbury, Berkshire Category: Peugeot - Newbury (SPN) (Service) Vacancy Type: Permanent/Full Time Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 OTE Competitive

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Peugeot dealership based in Newbury.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the focal point for customers requiring advice, servicing and repairs to their vehicles.
  • Manage the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide customers with estimates and notify them promptly when work is complete.
  • Ensure warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed.
  • Prepare and present accurate invoices to customers to obtain payment in line with company procedures.
  • Monitor progress of jobs in the workshop and advise service reception of delays or issues.
  • Provide guidance on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
What you'll need

  • Ability to plan, organise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality work.
  • PC/Web literacy.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Retail automotive service experience preferred.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (with 30 minutes for lunch).
