Service Advisor

Duties of the Service Advisor:

• - Manage the entire customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover
• - Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently and accurately
• - Prepare detailed job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations
• - Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians
• - Provide regular updates, explanations, and advice to customers
• - Coordinate parts ordering and communicate with suppliers
• - Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
• - Maintain a professional, welcoming reception and waiting area

Requirements:

• - Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor in a franchise or independent garage
• - Good understanding of vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT procedures
• - Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• - Professional appearance and conduct
• - Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• - IT-literate, with the ability to adapt to management systems
• - Hold a full, clean UK driving license
