Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £29,000 Basic Salary OTE £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (One Early Finish Per Week) Saturdays, 8:00am - 2:00pm on a Rota

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the service department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensuring efficient workshop loading by liaising closely with the workshop team
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
- Advise customers on additional work required and associated costs
- Upselling service plans, maintenance work, and aftersales products where appropriate
- Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
- Working closely with Technicians to ensure vehicles are completed on time
- Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through to collection
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Experience using Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or a similar Dealer Management System (DMS)
- A proven track record of upselling additional work, service plans, and aftersales products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
