The Role

As a ServiceAdvisor, you will bethe main pointof contactfor customers throughouttheir service journey. Your responsibilitieswill include:

• Greeting customers anddiscussing their vehicleservice andrepair requirements.


• Booking vehicles intothe workshopefficiently.


• Keeping customers informedthroughout the repairprocess.


• Preparing estimates andexplaining completed work.


• Upselling additional productsand services whereappropriate.


• Liaising closely withtechnicians and theworkshop team toensure excellent servicedelivery.


• Delivering exceptional levelsof customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience asaService Advisoris essential.


• Experience within aprestige dealership wouldbe advantageous, butis not essential.


• Excellent communicationand customer serviceskills.


• Strong organisational skillswith the abilityto multitask.


• A professional, positive, and team-focusedattitude.


• Full UK drivinglicence preferred.
