Hours: 45 hours per week
ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor you will be the face of our Bodyshop, working on reception. You are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair/attention, prepare job cards and files as necessary, maintain an efficient and effective filing system for associated paperwork, you will also need to be able to provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer, arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers, collect payment from the customer, pay particular attention to banking and security arrangements.
About YouWith a professional appearance we would also appreciate it if you had previous experience in a customer facing role, with strong IT/Admin skills. You will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence.
