Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Volvo West London team.

Responsibilities

Our Service Advisors manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings. The role aims to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value added and incremental products. The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.

Ideal Candidate

The Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and results driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach while using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' customer facing experience within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
