Service Advisor - Hedge End

Basic Salary - £27,000

On Target Earnings - £36,000 (Uncapped)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, 1 hour lunch break. No weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers
• Explain the work due to be carried out on customers' vehicles
• Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork
• Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
• Liaise with Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers
• Invoicing work carried out and explaining invoices to customers
• Take payment and provide invoice explanation
• Quote, introduce and sell Service Plans
• Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed
• Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

• Franchised dealership experience
• Kerridge or Pinnacle experience
