What You'll Be DoingThis is a key front-of-house role where you'll be right at the heart of the customer journey:
- Welcoming customers and creating a professional, positive first impression
- Managing vehicle bookings for service, maintenance, and repair
- Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth, efficient scheduling
- Keeping customers informed every step of the way - building trust and confidence
- Identifying additional work and gaining authorisation in a professional manner
- Delivering a seamless handover experience that leaves customers wanting to return
We want someone who stands out - someone who brings energy to the team and takes ownership of their role:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional, well-presented, and motivated to succeed
- Experience using dealer systems such as Pinnacle/Pinewood is advantageous
